All areas were fully reconstructed and finished with hybrid stitched playing surfaces, providing enhanced stability, durability, and consistency under intensive training demands. As part of the works, undersoil heating pipework was installed beneath the pitches to future-proof the facility, allowing the club to activate heating systems as part of a future investment phase without the need for further pitch reconstruction.
